Cancellation of participation
All cancellations of participation in the Event, by a Delegate, must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.

However, in both cases, a name can be substituted by another name till 9 March 2020. An email should be sent to email@example.com to inform on the substitution, otherwise it will not be considered.
Photo- and video recording
A photo and videographer will be present during the entire duration of the Event.
The photos taken can be distributed via the ParadigMS and/or BSGMS communication channels (website, e-newsletter, social media, event and annual reports ...).
On the basis of the video material, an "aftermovie" may be prepared that will be distributed via the same communication channels. For this Delegates may be asked on the spot to include a short quote.
Note that ParadigMS and/or BSGMS treats both photo and video material with care and uses it only in a context that is in line with ParadigMS and/or BSGMS ’s objectives. ParadigMS and/or BSGMS will not transfer the photo and video material to third parties, except for the preparation of relevant ParadigMS and/or BSGMS communications.
By their participation, the Delegates agree to this.
If a Delegate has objections to the use of this photo and video material as described above, they should inform the Organiser via firstname.lastname@example.org.
